* The agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines or third-party suppliers
* Any additional fees (baggage, seat selection, resort fees, taxes, etc.) may be charged by providers and are the client’s responsibility
* Payments made toward bookings may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies
